My S560 was coming off lease, and I had already undergone the end of lease vehicle inspection. One tire had a bubble, and one had minor rim damage. Both had insurance. So this is was the final visit for the vehicle. Derek, my service writer, did not hesitate for a moment. Took the car without an appointment had the work completed promptly, and gave it back in virtually new condition. We will continue to have our other Mercedes (a G Wagon) serviced right there. Highly recommended.

It was a great experience at Simonson. We submitted a request online the. night before, and Chris responded and confirmed inventory. We sent in the next morning to test drive and we drove away that night. Chris has good knowledge on the car which not too many people do nowadays as they rely the customers to do their own research. He was not pushy and yet he offered me satisfying discount. The only down was we waited quite awhile for the finance department to write up our purchase, guess they were very busy still at 9pm. Overall it was a + experience and Chris was one the few good sales that we ever encountered. We highly recommend WI Simonson.

I went in for my usual 60,000 mile maintenance visit. Nick Szyszkowski, who has been my Advisor for several years made sure that I was completely taken care of in the most professional manner. Along with being thorough in his explanation of what I was getting done, He put me in touch with someone who helped me get 2 new tires. He also was easy to reach through texts, which made it so convenient. When I got a "loaner", he was fine with me holding onto it for the weekend, as I wasn't in close. proximity. What I like about having Nick as my Advisor is that I know I'm getting the good service I expect and have someone who I can trust to take good care of me.

I was there for an annual maintenance (leased car) which I paid for in advance. The staff was nice but I wasn't satisfied with the service as they supposed to do (at least) oil change, overall checking and spa car wash. The washing was poor as I had spots on my windshield and nothing was done inside the car aside from the vacuum. I had a better treatment when I had my previous lease. Also, I've checked my oil level after the service and it was at the 50% point. I called the handler, he said it should be like this but I remember checking that level when I just got the car and it was at about 90%. The car runs smoothly, I don't have much to complain (well, it's new), but I was unpleasantly surprised how much the service level downgraded.

Not only did I get the deal I wanted with no hassle, I was out with the new Mercedes in an hour.

My wife had recently been involved in an accident with our only vehicle, leaving us carless in Southern California. We essentially needed a new vehicle, and settled on the 450E. I located the vehicle on W.I Simonson's web site. and called Ali,our sales representative to check on availability, We made an appointment for later in the day. When we arrived at the dealership Ali, was there to greet us. With a professional manner he showed us the vehicle, located conveniently on the showroom floor, and went over all its features. Ali is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He quoted us a fair price, walked us through the sale process, set up the vehicle parameters, and we were on our way in our new car. Considering that we arrived at the dealership in a rental vehicle, Ali took it upon himself to make arrangements for the vehicles return to the car rental agency. Furthermore, he accompanied us there so we would not have to go to the trouble of returning to the dealership. In short, Ali was a pleasure to work with.

I’ve been taking my car to this location, every year for my annual service, ever since I purchased it in 2014! You all do a great job, and usually I have to wait 2 hours from drop off for pickup! For last weeks service appointment at 12:00 noon, I returned at 2:00pm, for the car pickup! Unfortunately, I had to wait another one and half hours, for it to ready at 3:30? Had some work done at Mercedes of Valencia, got the car back, they fixed the problem but caused other problems. So I took my car to W.I. Simonson Mercedes where I originally purchased the car. They ran a diagnostic, and found poor workmanship from the previous Mercedes dealership. Tim Hernandez was my Service Advisor at W.I. Simonson, and he took care of everything, he called to let me know that Mercedes of Valencia did a poor workmanship, and said he would make sure that my car was fixed correctly. Tim kept his word, and fixed the problem.

It was great! I was actually able to take my vehicle in early and pick up was very quick and easy. Derrick was AWESOME!

Car was ready the same day even though there was a fair amount of work to be done. Mario was able to quickly assess that the work required would take hours and suggested using their shuttle service to be dropped off at home. Explaining my options and what I had to do .. which was minimal thanksxtovHanjd knowing how to to conduct the transaction with a minimum of fuss - actually none. Hanid took care of everything - if I called with a question ( like how do I find milage). Hamid told ne in 2 seconds. I spent 45 minutes trying to look IT up in the manuals and online before I gave up. RIDICULOUS. Hanidcis excellent. Your manuals - both written and online - ARE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. IF I hadn't owned MBZ FOR OVER 50 YESRS I would never buy one today?!!!PS. I buy my cars at the end of the first lease then give then to my staff. I like new cars. My staff has been complaining about how expensive it is to be serviced. I told them I buy their service contract so it doesn't cost him anything for the next 3 years and actually they can take a flying leap to get a car that's practically brand new and extremely safe I saym take it in anytime they need it fixed. I paid for the service contract. I sound like an old hag. At least I'm old!!! PS. I also told him if I don't like the service contract sell that car and buy a Honda for a Toyota or one of those cars .. no one took me up on that option yet!!!

I was concerned whether there might be a problem with my car since I mistakenly drove over a curb and thought I noticed some liquid under my car. So I brought it in and Jim had the technicians check the fluid level and look at the under body. They didn’t find anything wrong greatly eliminating my worries. Plus this was done quickly without charge. Great customer service!

The service agents that I have worked with very good to current=outstanding However I cannot recommend the dealership as a well run sales operation, based on the poor-slip-shod, uninterested attitude that the sales agent assigned to assist me, had towards me when I first went shopping for a new specialized vehicle. So I cannot recommend the purchasing of a new vehicle from this dealership, unless the attitude of the sales agents has vastly changed toward walk-in customers

A bit disappointed because I had to keep calling the service office to find out the status of my car. Service kept my car for about 3 days. When I initially called, the service person assigned to my vehicle didn't know about my car and asked me if I was certain it was there? Um, yes. A tow truck brought it there. So after 3 days without a vehicle, it is back at service one week later with another check engine light and possible dead battery. Wouldn't you check a battery life span on a 5 year old vehicle during the 5 year check?

The work performed was expensive, but very likely comparable to any quality operation--I have no way of knowing.

Wasn’t sure what to expect with some of the bad reviews but I saw nothing but good customer service... people (customers) seemed to be happy with whomever they were dealing with. I recently had my car serviced at this dealer and I also needed a replacement of a side view mirror. I contacted the dealer in advance and they were extremely helpful. Morris and Tim were in contact via text and were able to get the necessary parts in advance . When I arrived for the service , they safely took the car and paperwork was handled all online so I did not even have to enter the dealership . After a short discussion and about to leave on a 4000 mile road trip up to Montana. My wife and I wanted a late model used S550, in a particular color. We found something exactly to our liking on the Mercedes Certified Pre Owned Website. We headed to a Mercedes dealership in Calabasas. We drove from Santa Barbara to Calabasas only to find out the car was really in Santa Monica at another store owned by Sonic Group. Ok, so we drove to Santa Monica. (We since learned you should call in advance and ask someone to put their “hands” on the car to be sure it’s really there) We found the car in Santa Monica at The Sonic dealership and it was exactly as advertised, albeit not at the location on the Mercedes Website. The interaction with the salesman Souharda was top notch and professional. We had a trade, Souharda took pictures, noted the mileage and the VIN number. Knowing it takes a few hours for paperwork, we needed to drive home and come back the next day. That night, via text, we reached a deal that we were satisfied with. Yes, even though it’s a certified pre owned and came with a almost a year left on the factory warranty and an additional year included, it didn’t stop the finance guy from trying to sell us an expensive extended warranty plus another 6 or 8 unnecessary “services” One really has to stay focused to avoid spending another 7 to 8k. I lost count after 7 tries. I get it. Very profitable for the dealer and a commission to the finance guy. The process took at least an hour or more and my wife and I really wanted to leave. So all the paperwork was printed and I saw they got me for “Phantom Footprints” a truly useless VIN etching for $149.00! At that point, it was worth paying $149.00 just to leave! All in all, obtaining a great car, in the make, color, with very low mileage made up for the two issues.

Keyhan and Marc (finance manager) were so helpful and friendly. We have a great experience when we bought the C 300 benz. If there is more than 5 stars to rate them, i would.

I have had my Mercedes for 10 years now and I was in need of a repair. I went to another mechanic had it taken care of and then a few months later, the other side of my fuel pump area was causing issues. I contacted WI Simonson to see if it was a factory defect. I spoke to the General Manager Jason Lewis who found out this part was still under warranty . He asked me to get the car over to his location and took care of everything for me. Outstanding service to me and appreciated saving money when it wasn't necessary!

I bought my used Mercedes a month ago when the showroom was closed due to the pandemic. I worked with Hamed Ramni who provided excellent service. I recently leased a Mercedes Benz GLC 300 at Simonson. The sales rep, Hutch, was an absolute pleasure to work with. I initially planned on buying a certified pre-owned, however, the selection was somewhat limited, so he showed me a 2020 model, which had nice upgrades such as an enhanced MBUX system, (standard) LED lights, etc. Hutch asked me what I was looking for in a GLC, like color, sunroof, etc. He then searched the inventory in SoCal, and found the exact car that I wanted. I picked it up a few days later, and I am thrilled with the car. The Finance Manager, Tiffani, was also a pleasure to work with. Buying cars can be stressful, but this experience was great. I would unequivocally recommend buying a car at Simonson from Hutch.

The course of buying a car is often regarded as one of the most monotonous, uninspiring and dreaded events to experience, but the day we had yesterday at W.I. Simonson changed our perception of the entire to-do from start to finish. Danny Valle responded very quickly to my online inquiry and was happy to assist with setting up a test drive at our convenience, etc. I was at work and could not speak over the phone, and Danny was amenable and capable of texting to sort out all the details -- this is not always the case. I discussed with him our trade and budget, and he was able to confirm that they could make what we needed happen before we made the hour-long drive to the dealership. Upon arrival we were greeted by a handful of friendly faces who pointed us in the direction of Danny. He had already pulled the car to the front so we could immediately take it for a spin. I've never stepped foot in a Mercedes dealer and never believed I would, but this process was made so easy, I will shop their used inventory in the future because I know I'll be taken care of there. Even though we were purchasing the cheapest car on the lot -- a used Kia -- we were treated as if we were purchasing a $200,000 vehicle. Once it was time to start the negotiations, we were escorted to another lobby -- complete with a cool espresso machine -- while we waited for the finance manager to come get us. Marc Rose called us about 15 minutes later to come do the paperwork. We had come in with a preapproval from our credit union, and Marc was very agreeable to the fact that we had already made arrangements and made it known he would not try to force using their financing. I made a couple calls to the credit union to see if we could come pick up the check that day but kept getting the runaround, likely because it was a Saturday. Upon hearing that, Marc politely inquired if we'd like him to see if he could meet or beat our rate so we didn't have to wait to finalize everything. We obliged, and he did beat the rate! That and a few other details made it so we had to wait while some new paperwork was processed, but both Marc and Danny were so aware of the time we were spending and acknowledged it multiple times and made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole signing. There a bajillion add-ons or upsells, if you will, that finance guys typically try to get you to sign up for, but Marc never pushed us into any option. He was very congenial and upbeat and extremely efficient. A mountain of forms awaited our signature, and he was able to explain all of it and swiftly pave our way to the bottom of the pile at the same time. We did end up purchasing a protection plan for our interior, and the service team added the coating to our car, did one last detail and filled the gas all while we were in finance. We drove away in our new car highly satisfied and with big grins on our face. This has been the best car-buying experience my husband and I have had to date. I wish everything was this easy.

The sale person, Navid S., was excellent. The buying process itself was pleasant. Navid has been friendly, attentive, and responsive. I highly recommend coming here to buy a car. I highly recommend working with Navid and the sale department. However, the repair department leaves a lot to be desired. We still have a pending issue with our new car due to the obvious lack of attention. The car was sent home twice stating the issue was resolved. Upon driving it, it was very obvious that the issue was not addressed at all. We now have to bring our brand new car back again for the third time, hoping the repair department would take proper actions to remediate the same issue.

I made an appointment for my car to be serviced at 8 AM yesterday and my car was immediately serviced. I enjoyed a cup of coffee and a Danish which was a nice complementary thought.I checked prices on the parts and they were at least 25% overpriced. So I purchased my original Mercedes-Benz parts on eBay and purchase my tires at tire rack.com with free delivery. Some of the service like service A and service B are ridiculously overpriced by no less than 50% it’s no wonder people take their cars to Independent Mercedes mechanics. I Purchased by mobile one full synthetic 5 -30 Motor oil at Costco and save 40% over buying it at Pep Boys and I save 50% I having my motor oil changed at an independent Mercedes mechanic. I am only driving a top-of-the-line Mercedes because I’m not stupid with my money and I have the luxury of time. Somethings the Mercedes dealer does much better than an independent mechanic.

If you need a Mercedes, I would recommend speaking with Parisa Doost. she is the only woman on the sales staff. The experience was one of transparency and honesty. Generally I don't like the process of negotiating for a car, but this time I was pleasantly surprised. I know in the past I hated having the conversation with the fiance guy, But after spending an hour laughing with him, and him not pushing any add-ons, I have to say Marc Rose is a gem of a guy. I did add on a protection at a reduced cost to cover wear and tear items. The overall purchase experience is great!

W.I. Simonson may not be as flashy as the Beverly Hills or Van Nuys location but the service was so much better and they gave me a great deal. I went to Simonson first but thought i could get a better deal at the BH or Van Nuys location because they are bigger and do "more volume". At the end of the day BH and Van Nuys had a lot of attitude and they couldn't come close to the deal Simonson gave me.
